The Small Print

Shipping & returns.

Short version: flat-rate delivery nationwide, cash on delivery welcome, and if we get it wrong we fix it.

Delivery rates

Flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Orders over Rs 3000 ship free.

Dispatch & arrival

Dispatched in 1–2 working days. Once handed to the courier, expect 2–4 working days nationwide. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on every order nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready — riders rarely carry change. We confirm each COD order on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Online payment

JazzCash, Easypaisa and card payments are being set up. Until then, message us on WhatsApp if you'd prefer to pay in advance and we'll send transfer details.

Returns

Food and skincare are sealed for a reason: once a pouch or bottle is opened we can't take it back. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days in their original seal, with return postage paid by the customer.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, short, or holding the wrong thing, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at our cost. No arguments.

Order changes

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order reference. We can change an address or add items any time before dispatch.
